Software that fits your niche
Kavaro builds niche, AI-first software products for the industries the generic tools overlook — and partners with the experts who know those industries best.
Why we built Kavaro
Whole industries run on software that doesn't quite fit. It's too generic, too expensive, or missing the one thing the work actually depends on — because building something truly specialised has always been slow and costly.
Kavaro is a platform that runs niche and speciality software products with an AI-first focus. Each product is its own tool for its own industry, but they all share one substrate — accounts, billing, integrations and a built-in AI assistant — so the hard parts are solved once and the work goes into what makes each product genuinely fit its niche.
We also partner with domain experts. If you're paying too much for software that doesn't fit — or what you need simply doesn't exist — we'll build it with you. It starts with a conversation about the challenges, a few rounds of write-ups to shape what the system should be, and a prototype you can react to. From there we iterate until it solves the original problem. When we're convinced there's a real market, the process is generally free: you get software that truly fits at a good price, and Kavaro gains a product proven by real-world use. The intellectual property stays with Kavaro.
Kavaro is the substrate beneath all of it, developed by VonHofmeister ApS in Denmark.
What we believe
Simplicity first
Technology should get out of your way. We build tools that feel intuitive from the first click — no training manuals required.
Your workflow, your rules
We don't believe in forcing people to adapt to software. Kavaro adapts to you — your processes, your language, your way of working.
Built for the niche
The best software is specialised. We build for specific industries and their real workflows — not the lowest common denominator that fits everyone and no one.
Transparent and honest
No hidden fees, no lock-in, no surprises. We keep our pricing simple and our communication clear — because that's how we'd want to be treated.
